Getting started

Not sure what order things need to happen in? Here's the path we recommend, whether you're setting up Azure for the first time or you've already started and hit a wall.

We offer a fixed price service. There is no project creep. It is our interest (and yours) to deploy, test and hand over the system as fast as possible. Your copy of the pipeline is stored safely and can be updated or reapplied any time.

   Get a domain name

   Every Azure environment needs a domain behind it, used for identity (Entra ID), email, and remote access. If you don't have one yet, we recommend Cloudflare: domains are sold at cost with no markup, DNS is fast and free, and it plays nicely with everything else in a modern setup. Not sure where to start? We can set this part up for you too.

   Azure environment setup

   New to Azure? That's completely normal. Most people asking us for a pipeline are in exactly that position. Before any pipeline can run, your tenant needs a few fundamentals in place: Entra ID configured correctly, a sensible subscription and resource group structure, licensing sorted, and baseline networking ready.

   If you're starting from zero, we'll build that foundation with you. If you've already tried to get this far yourself and hit a wall (a setting you can't find, a permission error that doesn't make sense, licensing that doesn't add up), tell us where you got stuck and we'll pick it up from there and get your environment to a stable, working baseline.

   Choose your pipeline

   Once your domain and Azure environment are ready, pick the pipeline below that matches how you want to get your business off the ground. We're actively building and testing more pipelines, so check back as the catalog grows.

Pipelines

Eight ready-to-deploy Azure DevOps pipelines for Azure Virtual Desktop, each built and tested end-to-end. Pick the combination of scaling, profile storage, and identity that matches your environment, or ask us which fits.

Every pipeline comes with Microsoft Office (unlicensed) and Adobe Acrobat Reader pre-installed on the session hosts. Bring your own Microsoft 365 licensing to activate Office. Additional applications can be integrated into your pipeline on request.

Need shared file storage beyond user profiles, such as team or company file access? We can add an Azure Files share to your pipeline, with the policy in place to make it available to your users automatically.

Depending on your licensing, we can configure Intune to manage company policy on Entra ID-joined pipelines, with the added benefit of managing your company's mobile devices too. If you're using an AAD-joined (traditional Active Directory) pipeline, traditional Group Policy can be used instead.
